Having a Butterfly themed baby shower or party soon?

Instead of using single use butterflies for your next Butterfly event, opt to use seed paper butterflies from Etsy (or try to make them yourself!). These paper butterflies are filled with wildflower seeds that served both as an added accent to this balloon garland but also as a surprise party favor. Paper colors are customizable and if you are able to make this at home- the shapes are endless. You can search "seed paper" or "seed paper butterflies" on Etsy. There are also many tutorials on how you can create seed paper at home with scrap paper and leftover flower seeds.

Guests from this Butterfly Baby Shower were encouraged to take these butterflies to keep and grow at home after all the photos were taken. Instructions were to soak the butterflies in water, then plant in soil and place direct sunlight. I think it was a perfect way to not only take her balloon decor to the next level but also a great way to also celebrate her little seedling and celebrate the growth of her new baby. Her guests really loved this idea and the interactive concept of her decor.
